When can I check in to my room?

Check in:  2.00pm
Check out:  10.00am

We are unable to offer access to your room earlier than 2.00pm on your day of arrival.

We do understand that you may be wanting to start your holiday prior to 2.00pm so we organise for you to park your car, store your luggage and provide you with access to the transit lounge (refresh room).  Plus if you’d like a towel or two you can hang out by the pool or on the beach until your room is ready.

What are your reception hours?

Our reception hours are:

8.00am to 9.00pm Daily

After hours:

If you are arriving before or after reception hours please make sure you have advised us of your expected time of arrival before you leave home.    We can then provide you with after hours check in instructions.

Is there lift access to all levels?

Yes.  We have a guest lift that takes you from the car park to our level 3 apartments (stopping all floors).

What deposit do I need to pay?

We require one night’s accommodation per week of stay to confirm your reservation.  This will be charged at time of booking and credited to your stay.  We require a valid credit card as a guarantee.

Is there parking on site?

Yes.  Tingirana Noosa offers complimentary secure parking in the basement car park.  There are wheelchair access spaces available. There is a height restriction of 1.9 metres.

Is breakfast included in the rate?

No.  Our rates are room only, however, Season Restaurant is within the resort and  offers room service and pool side service for Tingirana Noosa guests.

Season Restaurant is owned and operated separately so you are not able to charge meals to your room account at this stage.

The room service hours are:
Breakfast – 8.00am to 10.00am
Lunch – 12.00pm to 2.00pm
Dinner – 5.45pm to 7.15pm

How many apartments are at Tingirana?

We have 36 guest apartments available.  Studio, One and Two Bedroom Apartments.

Studio Apartments overlook Hastings Street and do not have a balcony.

The One and Two Bedroom Apartments are located from ground to level 3 and overlook the pool and ocean.

Do you have a pool?

Yes.  We have a 20 metre heated lap pool which overlooking the beach. We also have a spa and children’s wading pool.

What is your cancellation policy?

Bookings cancelled 28 Days or more prior to arrival will incur a 12% Management Fee.  The remainder of your deposit will be refunded

Bookings cancelled within 28 Days of arrival will receive no refund unless we can resell the room.  If we can resell the room then the deposit will be refunded less the 12% administration fee.

What is the closest airport to Tingirana Noosa?

30 minute drive – Sunshine Coast airport.
90 minute drive – Brisbane Domestic and International airports.

Jetstar, Qantas Airways and Virgin Blue all fly into the Sunshine Coast airport along with International flights from New Zealand.

All other international arrivals are in to the Brisbane airport.

Can you arrange airport transfers?

Yes.  We can arrange bus and limousine transfers from the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane airports on your behalf.

Please have your flight number and arrival and/or departure times available when making the booking.

Do you have a tour desk?

Yes.  Our reception staff can help you with ideas for things to do and see during your stay at Tingirana Noosa.  Alternatively you can visit our Things to Do page and book your tours before you arrive.

Do you have cots to hire?

Yes.  We can arrange a Baby Pack – this is $30 per day and includes a Cot, linen and a high chair. Please advise at time of booking if you require a Baby Pack

Are pool towels provided?

Yes.  Tingirana Noosa provides complimentary pool and beach towels for use during your stay.   We also have beach chairs and beach umbrellas you are welcome to use.

We prefer if you do not use your guest room bathroom towels at the pool or outside the Resort.

Can we arrange a late checkout?

No.  We do not offer a late check out service as we run at very high occupancy and there is someone else wanting to use the room from 2.00pm.

Checkout is 10.00am.

Guests who are departing Noosa later than 10.00am are welcome to take advantage of our complimentary baggage store and make use of the pool, car park, guest lounge and bathroom facilities.  You are welcome to change and freshen up in our transit lounge prior to your departure.

How new are the apartments?

Tingirana Noosa opened in October 2000. We are constantly striving to improve and maintain the standard of quality in the rooms and the resort.

We have recently upgraded to king size beds in all of our Beachfront apartments as well as constantly updating our soft furnishings.

We will be undergoing a full refurbishment to all our guest rooms and facilities in early 2017.
