Whilst Tingirana Noosa attempts to accommodate all special requests, we can not guarantee that special requests can be accommodated.
Room Allocation Policy
Tingirana Noosa has a policy of allocating rooms at the time of booking and guarantees the allocation of specific rooms, if requested at the time of booking, subject to withdrawal for unexpected maintenance. On very rare occasions Tingirana Noosa may not be able to offer you the same room for your whole stay. If you are required to move rooms during your stay you will be notified prior to your deposit being processed. If you choose not to accept the booking with the required room move prior to your deposit being processed Tingirana Noosa will cancel your booking at no cost to you.
Deposits are payable on all bookings. A deposit equivalent to one night’s accommodation is required per week (or part thereof) of booking. This will be debited to the credit card provided at the time of booking.
If the credit card provided is declined by your bank, attempts will be made to contact you however if the deposit is not paid within 24 hours of making the booking Tingirana Noosa reserves the right to cancel the booking.
Payment for the balance of accommodation is required prior to check in. Payments can be made by cash, debit card, Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express.
Payment by cheque must be made a minimum 7 days prior to check in to allow time for your cheque to be cleared. If your cheque is not cleared prior to your scheduled check in Tingirana Noosa reserves the right to request an alternative form of payment.
You agree to pay all charges incurred for services provided to you during the period of your stay. If not settled in person prior to departure the charges may be added to the credit card provided at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy / Refunds
For bookings cancelled 8 days or more prior to arrival deposits will be refunded less a 12% administration fee (of the deposit paid). Bookings cancelled 7 days or less prior to arrival deposits are not refunded unless all nights of the booking are re-let. If all nights are re-let and the deposit is refunded a 12% administration fee (of the deposit paid) will apply. All refunds are made via Trust account cheque.
If booking via a Travel Agent or On-line Booking Agency the terms and conditions provided by them will apply to your booking and you should ask your travel agent / on-line booking agency for a copy of these terms and conditions.
A no show is when you do not check in on the scheduled day. In the case of a no show your deposit will not be refunded. If all nights of the booking are not re-let Tingirana Noosa will debit the credit card provided at the time of booking for the balance of the accommodation.
Should guests decide to depart earlier than scheduled the accommodation charges for the unused nights will only be refunded if all unused nights are re-let. In the event a refund is given it will be subject to a 12% administration fee.
When you check in you will be asked to provide photographic identification. If you are unable to provide such identification, your reservation may be cancelled.
Check in time is 2.00pm. Should you wish to guarantee an earlier check in time you must book an additional night’s stay at the time of booking and pay the applicable rate.
Check out time is 11.00am. Should you wish to guarantee a later check out time you must book and additional night’s stay at the time of booking and pay the applicable rate.
All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult such as a parent or guardian. If a guest is found to be under the age of 18 and is not accompanied by an adult Tingirana Noosa may immediately cancel the guest’s booking.
Tingirana Noosa strongly recommends that at the time of booking you purchase comprehensive travel insurance that includes cover for forfeiture of deposits upon cancellation of booking.
Release and Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, any monies or other valuables, goods or vehicles that belong to you, brought into the room or onto grounds or carpark remain your responsibility and Tingirana Noosa is not responsible for their safekeeping.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to release and hold harmless Tingirana Noosa and its current and former officers, employees and agents against and from all expenses, costs, liabilities, claims, actions, proceedings, damages, judgments and losses of any kind whatsoever (including consequential and economic losses, property loss/damage and damage for injury, including personal injury and death) arising out of, caused by, attributable to or resulting from your reservation or your stay at Tingirana Noosa for any reason whatsoever.
You agree to indemnify Tingirana Noosa and its current and former officers, employees and agents for all expenses, costs, liabilities, claims, actions, proceedings, damages, judgments and losses of any kind whatsoever (including consequential and economic losses, property loss/damage and damage for injury, including personal injury and death) incurred or suffered by Tingirana Noosa or its current or former officers, employees or agents arising out of, caused by, attributable to or resulting from your reservation or your stay at Tingirana Noosa except to the extent caused or contributed to by Tingirana Noosa or its current or former officers, employees or agent’s negligence.
We grant you a licence to stay at our property and we reserve the right to terminate the licence at any time.
