We stayed for two nights in late March for the first time and everything about this place went beyond our expectations , especially the staff on greeting and throughout were always willing to offer assistance and go out of their way to help, the place is immaculate and very well managed by the onsite manager . But for a beautiful addition the Christmas tree pile, Clo Studios over in Noosa Junction is a must-visit for a comprehensive selection of vogue homewares, clothing and jewellery. This is a no-brainer, especially if you’ve been eyeing off the soft furnishing at Tingirana, all of which Clo Designs have curated for the resort.
A Wednesday or Saturday morning drive out to Eumundi is also well worth the effort for one of the Sunshine Coast’s most iconic experiences: the Eumundi Markets. This isn’t endless stalls of bric-a-brac, but a profusion of local artisans, producers and artists offering their wares. From beautiful, hand crafted ceramics and homewares, to one-off clothing and jewellery, stunning photography and art, wooden toys and eco products, the Eumundi Markets has a wide range of gifts for every loved one.
And for those scouring the stores for the perfect gourmet present for their very own MasterChef, the quality and range of truly local produce at the Noosa Famers’ Markets is astounding. Environmentally friendly products, exquisite homewares and every kind of gourmet pantry item (and staple) are on offer. From saffron infused butter to deluxe granola and the best organic kimchi in Australia, this is a thoroughly enjoyable way to fix up the last of your Christmas gifts.
