We stayed for two nights in late March for the first time and everything about this place went beyond our expectations , especially the staff on greeting and throughout were always willing to offer assistance and go out of their way to help, the place is immaculate and very well managed by the onsite manager . This is all on top of the beautiful rooms , location and facilities , I highly recommend . - Amy
After much anticipation, the Heads of Noosa Brewery has finally opened its Taproom in the Noosaville industrial estate giving beer aficionados another real alternative to the plethora ofcocktail menus flitting about the Noosa bar scene. Impressive wood doors and imposing concrete slabs are the first indication that the impossibly large silver tanks inside hold something more inspiring than your usual Saturday afternoon beverage.
With a focus on natural, raw ingredients, the Heads of Noosa brewers aim to craft “Australia’s finest beers,” a claim you can test on Friday and Saturday afternoons at the Taproom. With a varied menu catering to those looking for something small like chicken wingettes or stuffed zucchini flowers suited to the vegans amongst us, to a more substantial menu of decadent burgers, you’d be forgiven for coming for the food alone. The beer however, is suited beautifully to the gastronomic offerings… Use a crisp Japanese Lager to wash down the slow roast pork belly on Hokkaido buns, or a more traditional Summer Dusk Lager withsome pork rind puffs.
Come for a brewery tour or linger over a few brews, this is a beer experience for grown-ups.
