We stayed for two nights in late March for the first time and everything about this place went beyond our expectations , especially the staff on greeting and throughout were always willing to offer assistance and go out of their way to help, the place is immaculate and very well managed by the onsite manager . This is all on top of the beautiful rooms , location and facilities , I highly recommend . - Amy
If you’re lucky enough staying at Tingirana on the first or third Sunday of the month, take a drive via the coast road down to Peregian Beach for what is a delightful way to spend the morning. Held in Peregian Park next to the Surf Club and opposite the beach, the Peregian Markets showcases the coasts cleverest artisans of the culinary, craft and bespoke kind. It’s an excellent spot to pick up a memento of your time in Noosa, or simply grab some beautifully made products.
Considered one of the best markets on the coast, the range of produce is phenomenal and made right here in Noosa. Bespoke doggy biscuits, beautifully presented plants, ethical and locally made fashion, handcrafted gifts, home décor guaranteed to continue that coastal chic vibe you’ve been enjoying in Tingirana at home, and delicious market food are all on offer; and it is all beautiful. Locals know this is one of the best places to find that unique gift or simply relax away a Sunday.
For those with kids in tow, the Peregian playground and skate park bookend the markets, and provide an excellent distraction. With endless kilometres of open beach fifty metres away, there’s plenty of space to roam away from the stalls.
And if you’re tuckered out from a morning of retail therapy, beach walks and general coastal vibe soaking, why not head into the Peregian Square for a bite at Periwinkle or Pitchfork. Want something more casual for your Sunday? We can highly recommend the Peregian Hotel, which has an excellent menu, entertainment and a great selection of local beers and wines.
